From pickup to delivery, our process focuses on clean, carefully finished linens that support your operation.
STEP 1
When returned linens arrive, they’re organized for processing. Our team separates terry from flat linen and checks for stains, with spot treatment as needed. We select wash programs, laundry products, and ozone-assisted processing to suit the linens and their cleaning needs.

STEP 2
Linens are dried with attention to fabric care, then ironed or folded as appropriate. Sheets and terry items are finished and organized to support your operation’s needs.
STEP 3
We discuss folding and packaging preferences with each client, including grouping items by room type or organizing bundles for unloading. Your service plan sets out the arrangements for your order.
STEP 4
Pickup and delivery schedules are arranged with each client. Our team handles orders with care and communicates about timing so you can plan your operations.
