From pickup to delivery, every step of our process is designed to ensure your linens are fresh, sanitized, and five-star ready.
STEP 1
Sorting, Spot-Treating & Sanitized Washing
When returned linens arrive, they’re tagged, tracked, and segregated for processing. Our team carefully separates terry from flat linen and inspects for stains — spot-treating as needed. Linens are then washed in water over 140°F using a carefully formulated chemical injection system, and sanitized with our proprietary ozone-infused water technology to ensure chemical-free disinfection and improved brightness for your linens and towels.
STEP 2
Precision Drying & Five-Star Finishing
Our commercial dryers use advanced moisture sensors to protect fiber quality and prevent over-drying. Linens are ironed and folded by size for a crisp, high-end finish — the same standard used by five-star resorts. Terry cloth is folded automatically using our precision folding systems for consistency and presentation.

Custom Folding & Packaging
We tailor folding and packaging to meet each client’s preferences. Whether you need items grouped by room type or packed for rapid unloading, our team ensures every bundle is delivered exactly how you want it.
STEP 4
Reliable Pickup & Delivery
Pickups and deliveries are scheduled on a client-by-client basis and carried out by our uniformed drivers. Every delivery is on time, carefully handled, and ready to go — ensuring a seamless transition from our facility to your operations.
